Student Drop Off/Pick Up

Starting October 19th, we will be implementing the following change for safety purposes at Discover U:

1. During drop-off, parents will no longer be able to walk their students onto campus, through the gate into the gym.  If you need to be on campus in your student’s classroom, please go to the front office and sign in to obtain a guest pass. This is the only way to identify who is on campus in the event we have an emergency situation.
2. In addition, please know that dismissal time is NOT a time to converse with your child’s teacher.  During this time, teachers are responsible for the safety of all of our students and cannot discuss any student progress. Please call the school’s office to leave a message for your child’s teacher to call you if you need to check in with your child’s teacher about your child’s progress.
